This final milestone before the beginning of research has included going over the initial research that I conducted at the beginning of the project and revisiting some of the applications for algae cultures that were previously discovered. Although there have not been an overload of incoming facts that benefit my research, I have been able to truly feel for the material that I had once looked at with a scanning eye. I have also looked at some of the applications of algae in bio-fuel and other industries just to get more of a feel with what I am working with. Essentially this phase was me reading through numerous websites that I felt even had the slightest amount of relevance to the topic at hand. For now this is all I really have to say on the topic. I feel that although I could do much more research, it is really time to move in to the experimental phase of the project.
